Most Memorable Angling Achievement: I think I was one of the first or maybe even the first angler who doesn't live in the U.K. but has caught a carp from Conningbrook. I fished the Brook in 2007 and caught a 38lbs common which was the most memorable fish of my life so far...

Favourite Rig: I like critically balanced bottom bait presentations and the chod rig for pop ups.
Angling Influences: I have never had a mentor but had to learn everything on my own. I have been influenced by the people I fished with over the years, especially by my friends. During the last few years I have been impressed and influenced by the guys I met during my trips to England, especially Lee Jackson, Dave Lane, Little Rich (Ritchie Curtis) and my mate Little John (John Bird) who has such a relaxed and inspiring angling attitude.
